I believe that more 4 bedrooms sell more often and are the most desirable but by looking at the infographic above, you can see that there are plenty of options.  You can also see that, with the exception of 2018, 5 bedroom homes do very well during the holiday season.

It’s also very interesting to see that prices in this category have remained fairly steady over the last several years.
